ViewsDilithium MoonsFrom Star Trek Game Information
[edit] Star Trek: Armada IIThese large floating rocks are the main source of dilithium, necessary for warp engines. Each moon is capable of being mined by freighters for dilthium crystals. Blue dilithium moons have a fixed amount of the resource - as the moon is mined, it will reduce in size and lose its blue glow as the dilithium supply is exhausted. Purple moons provide an unlimited supply of dilithium. Dilithium moons, like planets, create a gravity well which inhibits travel in their vicinity.
