The Negh'Var is the flagship of the Klingon Defence Force, as well as the most powerful ship in the fleet. Its massive phasers, photon torpedo launcher, powerful shields, and large crew compliment are used to defend the borders of the Klingon Empire against any foe. There are few ships in the galaxy that can withstand the combined force of a fleet of Negh'Vars.

Ion Cannon: One of Chancellor Martok's first acts as of the Klingon Empire was to allow every Negh'Var to be outfitted with a Ion Cannon. The Ion Cannon fires a single, powerful blast of ionised energy that decimates an enemy target.
