[edit] Star Trek: Elite Force IICommander Suldok is leader of the Romulan faction Empty Crown, which believed the Romulan Star Empire was too weak in the face of opponents such as the Federation. As part of his grab for power, he bought information on the Exomorphs and the Master Control Facility from the Ferengi Omag, and planned to use it to take over the Romulan Empire.
